What to expect when you order a product that includes full installation.
OVERVIEW
The purchase of a fully installed gazebo or pavilion from Yardistry comes with peace of mind – knowing that delivery and installation experts will do the hard work of getting your structure ready for use. It’s important that you know what to expect when you purchase a fully installed structure, so you can be fully prepared when the structure arrives.
ORDER CONFIRMATION & SCHEDULING INSTALLATION
Within 72 hours of confirming your order, you will be contacted by phone or email to schedule your delivery and installation date, and to have you acknowledge awareness of the installation process and preparation expectations. Your build site needs to be level and free of any obstructions that may interfere with assembly or item functionality. If your yard is not ready, it may result in a delayed installation date.
Our process is to schedule assembly on the soonest available date and not hold orders at our branches for longer than two weeks after that soonest available date. Typically, installation is scheduled within three weeks, although during peak seasons, this may extend to up to six weeks. If you request that we hold your order for longer than two weeks from the assembly date we provide, we cannot guarantee that we’ll be able to complete your assembly at that time. Your order assembly may be pushed out even further to accommodate new customer orders and additional holding fees may apply.
Please Note: If you need to cancel or reschedule your installation appointment, you must provide 72 hours' notice.
What’s Included with Full Installation:
- Delivery into the area of your choice (where accessible).
- Professional assembly by knowledgeable technicians.
- Removal of all packaging after assembly is complete.
- Ground leveling up to six inches at contact points (does not include full site leveling).
PREPARING FOR INSTALLATION
Prior to the installer’s arrival, it is the responsibility of the homeowner to fulfill the following requirements to ensure the installation site is fully prepped. If the area is not properly prepped, the installation date will be rescheduled. Additional costs may occur if the installation cannot be completed because the area is not ready.
- Prior to your installation appointment, the entire assembly area must be cleared and graded to within three inches.
- You must provide electricity within 150 feet of the installation site.
- You are responsible for obtaining any required HOA approvals and ensuring the site is free from sprinkler systems or underground utilities. Yardistry is not liable for damage to hidden systems.
- The installer may request photos of the yard. If requested, send to support@yardistrystructures.com.
Please Note: Structures cannot be assembled on wooden decks.

DELIVERY & INSTALLATION
On the scheduled date and time of your installation appointment, all of the components of your structure will be delivered by our knowledgeable installation experts. This eliminates the frustration of third-party delivery carriers blocking your driveway with heavy, bulky boxes. Freight services are prepaid, and no additional charges should be presented to you at the time of delivery, however extraordinary delivery requirements may necessitate an additional fee.
During Installation:
- You or your authorized representative (age 18 or older) must be home during the entire installation process.
- You are required to keep all children and pets away from the work area.
Once installation is complete, all trash and packaging from the structure will be broken down and removed. This will be done once the installer finishes delivering, unloading, and assembling your new structure.
DISCLAIMERS
Please ensure you are aware of the following important disclaimers related to the purchase and installation of Yardistry’s fully installed structures:
- All installation dates and times may be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances that may arise, such as inclement weather, equipment delays, or mechanical failure.
- Installation includes ground leveling up to six inches ONLY where the structure contacts the ground. It does not include total site leveling or other site preparation.
- Installed merchandise is non-returnable and non-refundable.
- In the event of property or product damage caused by the installer, you should contact them directly via email with details, including photos or videos, for resolution.
- Installation service includes a 30-day workmanship warranty.
INSTALLATION TERMS & CONDITIONS
Yardistry requires acceptance of the following terms prior to installation of any Yardistry structure. Please adhere to the following:
- Yardistry requires that an adult representative at least 18 years of age be home for the entirety of the installation. This individual must have the authority to authorize correct placement of the product and to make decisions or answer questions that may arise before and during the installation process.
- The homeowner is responsible for determining and obtaining any Home Owners’ Association (HOA) approval that may be required.
- The homeowner is responsible for any sprinkler system components or other underground utilities or services that may interfere with the installation. The installer will not be responsible for damage to sprinkler system components or other underground utilities or services located within the designated work area.
- The homeowner must provide access to electricity within 150 feet of installation site.
- The onsite adult representative must keep children and pets away from the work area until the installation process is complete and the installer gives approval for children and pets to approach the work area. All dogs must be kept indoors or on a leash until the installer leaves the property.
