Build It Yourself Shipping & Delivery

The purchase of a Build It Yourself gazebo or pavilion from Yardistry offers the opportunity to save on installation and assembly costs, and is great for homeowners who have the knowledge, time, and tools to assemble their own structure. It’s important that you know what to expect when you purchase a Built It Yourself structure, so you can be fully prepared when the shipment arrives.

SHIPPING

Once confirmed, orders for Build It Yourself structures typically ship within three business days. You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

DELIVERY

Build It Yourself gazebos and pavilions require a scheduled delivery appointment. A freight carrier will contact you via phone, email, or text to schedule a delivery appointment using the contact details provided at checkout. If you don’t receive scheduling communication within 14 days, send an email to costconextorders@yardistrystructures.com.

Delivery may take up to three weeks depending on location and scheduling (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). Remote areas may require additional time. 

Important: Freight delivery is curbside only. The driver will drop your structure at the end of your driveway.

Delivery Inspection & Freight Policy

• Inspect all items at delivery and confirm all boxes are received. Box counts can be found on the product page.
• If any items are missing or damaged, note the issue on the Bill of Lading or delivery receipt before signing, take photos of any damage and the signed Bill of Lading, and then email all documentation to costconextorders@yardistrystructures.com.
• Important: Signing the delivery receipt without notation confirms the shipment was received in good condition. Claims for concealed damage may not be accepted after signing.
• In the event of confirmed freight damage, replacement parts will be shipped at no additional cost.
