Company is located within the United States of America and makes its Website and products available to those exclusively within the United States and Canada. Any use of the Website from outside of the United States or Canada is entirely at your own risk.

Company reserves the right to revise this Policy from time to time in our sole discretion. When we revise our Policy, we will update the “Last Modified Date” that is shown at the top of the document. You have the option to toggle the products by the desired sized model, internal layouts and flooring options, external options for siding, doors, trim and colors, and to apply additional options for the exterior, roof, and windows (collectively, “Product Customization Information”).
If you desire to save a product customization through the Website or Mini Site, we will collect your first name, last name, email address, a phone number, and whether you want to sign up to receive the latest updates from Company (collectively, “Saved Customization Information”).
Our Website enables you the option to sign up to receive updates from us on new products and special offers and if you choose to register, we will collect your first name, last name, and email address (collectively, “Newsletter Information”).
Our Website includes the capability to request a free consultation from us, in which case we will collect your email address, first name, last name, city, zip code, phone number, intended use for a yardistry structure, expected timeline, possible budget, any additional comments that you would like to provide us, whether you would like us to send you emails with information and resources, and we will ask you to verify that you are not a robot using the reCaptcha third party service (collectively, “Consultation Information”).
In the event that you would like to become a professional installer of our products, we will collect your first and last name, street address, city, state/province/region, zip/postal code, country, phone number, email address, website (optional), and pertinent information regarding your background as a professional installer (collectively, “Professional Installer Information”).
You have the option of writing a customer review about our products by posting on a third party site such as Google, Facebook, and Houzz, which are collected by these respective third party service providers subject to their respective terms and conditions (collectively, “Customer Review Information”).
Our Website grants you the capability to apply for an open position with our Company. If you click the “Join Our Team” hyperlink, you will be directed to a third party service provider’s website. To the extent that you apply for a job, we will receive your information from that third party service provider, including your first and last name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, and any other information that is pertinent to the job opening (collectively, “Job Application Information”).
We use internet cookies, which collect certain types of information as more fully described in the section entitled “Internet Cookies.”
What Does Company Do With the Information It Collects?

If you apply for an open position, we will use your Job Application Information for purposes of evaluating you as a candidate for the job opening, scheduling, and conducting any job interview.

Legal Requirements
We will disclose the information that we have collected from you if we are required to do so by applicable law, including in response to a subpoena, court order, or other legal demand from an administrative, judicial, or governmental authority. Company reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to lawfully challenge any legally required disclose. Right to Request to Know Personal Information
Pursuant to the CCPA, a California consumer has the right to know what personal information the business has collected about the consumer. You may exercise your right to know by submitting a request to us via telephone at 888-509-4382 or via email at support@yardistrystructures.com. Within ten (10) business days of receipt of your request, we will provide you with an email confirmation that we have received your request.
When you submit a request to know, we will collect your first name, last name, and email address. If the information that you submit matches the information that we have on file about you, we will notify you when your information is ready for you to access. We will provide the specific pieces of personal information obtained from the consumer in a format that is easily understandable to the average consumer, and to the extent technically feasible, in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format to enable to consumer to forward this data on to another entity.
Right to Request Deletion of Personal Information
The CCPA affords California consumers the right to request the deletion of the personal information that a business maintains about the consumer, subject to the specific exceptions detailed in Cal Civ. Right to Rectification
In advance of the effective date of the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (“CPRA”), which becomes effective January 1, 2023, California consumers are afforded the right to request a business that maintains inaccurate personal information about the consumer correct such inaccurate personal information taking into account the nature of the personal information and the purposes of the processing of the personal information. Within ten (10) business days of receiving your request for deletion, we will provide you with an email to confirm receipt of your request.
Responses to Requests to Know, Request for Deletion, and Requests for Rectification
We will respond to your requests to know, requests for deletion, or requests for rectification with the applicable information within forty-five (45) calendar days of your request; provided, however, that if we cannot verify your identity, we may contact you to extend the period of our response for an additional forty-five (45) calendar days. If your request for deletion conflicts with an applicable state or federal legal obligation imposed on us to retain certain information, then we will specify this rationale in denying your request
Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing of Personal Information
California consumers have the right to opt out of the sale of their personal information to third parties under the CCPA. For both types of requests, we will respond to your request to opt-out within fifteen (15) business days from the date that we receive the request. We will also communicate your request to any third party to whom we have shared your personal information.
Right to Limit Use and Disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information
Pursuant to the CPRA, a California consumer has the right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information that a business collects to that which is necessary to perform the services or provide the product. Company and its service providers only use sensitive personal information, as defined under the CPRA, for purposes of providing Company’s product to you.
No Discrimination
The CCPA expressly prohibits Company from discriminating against any consumer who chooses to exercises their rights under California law. Company does not discriminate against consumers who exercise their data rights.
Authorized Agent Disclosure
If you desire to make a data request as an authorized agent of a California consumer, we will request that you, as the authorized agent for another, provide a Power of Attorney form pursuant to California Probate Code Sections 4121 to 4130. We will also ask for a copy of the authorized agent’s government-issued identification card so that we can maintain the information on the request in accordance with California law.
Colorado & Virginia Privacy Disclosures
In accordance with the Colorado Privacy Act (“CPA”) and Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (“VCDPA”), consumers of these states are entitled to certain disclosures and data rights. For purposes of this Section, the term “personal data” has the meaning set forth under the CPA and VCDPA, as applicable. The categories of personal data, the purposes for processing, and the third parties with whom we share personal data are detailed in this Policy.

Right to Opt-Out
Under the CPA and VCDPA, consumers have the right to opt out of the processing of their personal data for purposes of: (1) targeted advertising, (2) the sale of their personal data, or (3) profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or significant effects concerning that consumer.
A Colorado and Virginia consumer may exercise the right to opt-out by selecting the hyperlink included at the bottom of the page that specifies “Do Not Sell My Personal Information” and completing the web form associated with that request. Right of Access

The CPA and VDCPA afford consumers of their respective states the right to correct inaccuracies in any personal data Company maintains about the consumer, taking into account the nature of the personal data and the purposes of the processing of the consumer’s personal data. Right to Data Portability
Consumers in Colorado and Virginia have the right to portability, which is the right to receive their personal data in a portable and, to the extent technically feasible, readily usable format that the consumer could transmit to another entity without hindrance. A consumer may only exercise this right twice per calendar year. Responses to your Requests to Opt-out, for Access, and Correction
Upon receipt of your request to opt-out, for access, correction, we will attempt to verify the data provided with the data that we have on file and will respond to your request within forty-five (45) days of our receipt of request. Please note that we reserve the right to request an additional forty-five (45) days where reasonably necessary to complete the request. We reserve the right to reject any request that we cannot reasonably verify.
Right to Appeal
In the event that you desire to appeal a refusal by us to take any action requested under the CPA or VCDPA, we will transmit your appeal and the original request to our legal counsel for review. Within forty-five days of our receipt of your appeal, we will inform you of any action taken or not taken in response to the appeal and a written explanation in support of our response. We reserve the right to extend the period for response for an additional sixty (60) days where reasonably necessary.
